Newspaper and magazine clippings from 1916 and 1917 collected by the Woman's League for the Protection of Riverside Park about the its work, Riverside Park, Riverside Drive, railroads, transportation and waste disposal, especially as they affect the area of Riverside Park. Also included are memorabilia including copies of typewritten pages, cards, circulars, pamphlets, printed sheets, letters, a blank peitition form, and a cop of the constitution and by-laws of the Woman's League for the Protection of Riverside Park. Most items are from 1916-1917. Many pages detatched from side binding, some very fragile, some items not pasted in.
